Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our printing work. If you receive business cards that do not meet our quality standards due to printing errors, defects, or damage during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or reprint, your request must meet the following criteria:
- The order must have been placed within the last 30 days
- The issue must be due to a printing error, defect, or damage caused during production or shipping
- You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order
- The items must not have been used or distributed
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items where the error was in the design file you provided
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or distributed
- Digital products or services
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Rush orders where the customer requested expedited service
Return Process
To initiate a return or request a reprint:

- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Include photographs clearly showing the problem (if applicable)
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the items or arrange for a reprint
Reprints vs. Refunds
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
- Free Reprint: If the error is due to our mistake, we will reprint your order at no additional cost
- Partial Refund: If only a portion of the order is defective, we may offer a partial refund
- Full Refund: In cases where a reprint is not possible or desired, we may issue a full refund
Shipping Costs
If a return or reprint is approved due to our error:
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or reprinted order
- If you request a refund instead of a reprint, original shipping costs may not be refunded
Return Shipping Instructions
If you are asked to return items:
- Pack the items securely to prevent further damage
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or order number
- Use the return shipping label or method we provide
- Do not send items until you receive return authorization from us
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Damaged Items
If you receive damaged items:
- Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)
- Take photographs of the damaged items and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We will arrange for replacement items to be shipped at no cost to you
Quality Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order but it does not meet our standard return criteria, please contact us. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution.
